About the Role
As Duty Manager you will have exceptional knowledge of front office procedures and systems and and a sound knowledge of the overall operations of the hotel including all departments. You will be responsible for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and Front Office Manager

Skills and Experience required 
Ideally you will possess 2 to 3 years experience within front office and a sincere passion for providing outstanding guest service and prepared to go above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience for your guests.
Previous hotel experience is essential for this position.
