About the Role
As Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations for the site including menu design, financial and operational aspects of the kitchen. Reporting into the Group Executive Chef you will have the freedom to manage the operation developing and enhancing menus whilst further developing your team

Skills and Experience required 
This role would suit an ambitious and dedicated senior chef - sous chef upwards with experience within a catering environment or a hotel background. Ideally looking for a caring people manager with strong administration skills.
