About the Company
An extensive multi faceted venue that includes a quality restaurant, significant event and conference space with additional retail food outlets all within one venue. A nationally regarded venue that host both local and international visitors. The position will offer a good work life balance averaging around the 40 to 45 hours per week.

About the Job
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the kitchen teams within the food outlets within the venue. You will be responsible for ensuring all associated kitchen costs are in line and standards of food are consistently maintained.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a passionate and driven chef with a strong background within a busy kitchen. Ideally we are looking for a sous chef with a background within a casual dining operation where you have supervised a small to medium brigade.
