How we work

inPlace Recruitment has a team of specialist recruiters who have all worked within the various sectors of the Travel, Tourism, Events and Hospitality industries, so you will be dealing with an Account Manager who understands exactly what you are looking for.

It is FREE to register with inPlace and we offer the utmost confidentiality and discretion in your job search. You can be assured we will always ask your permission before sending your details to our clients in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Once you Register as a Job Seeker  with inPlace Recruitment an Account Manager will meet with you to discuss your experience and what you are looking for. Depending on your experience and the positions available at the time, your Account Manager will detail companies and positions suitable and with your permission arrange interviews with our clients on your behalf.

If there is nothing immediately suitable you will go into our data base and when new positions become available to match your skills and preferences you will be contacted by your Account Manager.

As part of our services we will help you with your  resume   and  interview skills  to put you one step ahead of your competition in order to land you that dream job!

Our Account Managers will work with you through every step of the process including once you have started at your
new role.

If you are a Working Holiday Visa holder we only have positions for experienced Travel Consultants with GDS/CRS experience (including; Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus).

Layout

Employers look favourably on resumes that are concise and easy to read, spending an average of just 30 seconds scanning each one. They often have many to look through and have a checklist of skills and experience to consider. Your resume should therefore be clearly laid out with spaces to make finding relevant information quick and easy. You can achieve this by:

Of course. We will protect your privacy at all times and always ask you if you are interested in a job before sending your resume to any employers. This makes sure you stay in control of your recruitment process at all times and that you choose who sees your personal information (and knows you are looking for a job!).


I’m happy just looking for jobs on your website, why do I need to register?

By registering with inPlace Recruitment you broaden your job search. Not all of our jobs are advertised or on our website, so if you register with us, we can let you know what other jobs we have available and about great opportunities that suit you as they come in (we get new jobs every day).


Does inPlace Recruitment mind if I use other recruitment agencies?

Not at all! We know that when you are looking for a job you want to cover as many avenues as possible.  All we ask is that you let us know which agencies you are registered with and which jobs they have spoken to you about, so that we don’t cover the same ground.
